Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EasyToSTL (easytostl.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, please do not use our website or services.

Description of Service

EasyToSTL provides browser-based 3D model visualization, format conversion, and generative artificial intelligence tools that convert 2D image inputs into 3D printable meshes (STL, GLB, OBJ). We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, or temporarily suspend portions of the service to perform maintenance and improvements.

User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Notify us immediately at support@easytostl.com if you suspect unauthorized access or any security breach.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Upload or generate materials that infringe on patents, copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets of others.
  • Generate or distribute models intended for unlawful, hazardous, or weapon manufacturing purposes in violation of applicable laws.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass rate limits, credit verifications, or security mechanisms of the service.
  • Deploy automated scraping bots or denial-of-service vectors that interfere with system stability.

Payments, Credits & Refunds

  • Purchases: Credit packs and subscription tiers are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal.
  • Refunds: Payments and billing queries are governed by our Refund Policy. If you encounter technical generation failures or wish to request an eligible refund, contact support@easytostl.com.

Intellectual Property & Commercial Rights

  • Your Content: You retain full ownership of the images you upload and the 3D meshes you generate through EasyToSTL.
  • Commercial Use: Output meshes created under active commercial-tier subscriptions or paid packages may be printed, modified, and used for commercial retail products.
  • Platform Rights: All user interface elements, brand trademarks, logos, and custom client-side converter engines are the exclusive property of EasyToSTL.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EasyToSTL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from slicing configurations, 3D printing equipment defects, material failures, or downtime.
